Maison Koko's Ube Powder has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is exceptional, with a rich, authentic ube flavour and a beautiful natural purple colour that makes every recipe look stunning.

I've used it in drinks and baking, and one of my favourite creations was an ube sourdough loaf. The powder gave the bread a gorgeous natural purple hue and a subtle, delicious ube flavour that made it feel really unique. It baked beautifully and was a real conversation starter.

I've been absolutely loving Maison Koko's Blue Butterfly Pea Powder. The colour is incredibly vibrant, creating the most beautiful deep blue drinks that instantly feel café-quality at home. I especially love the natural colour-changing effect when I add a squeeze of lemon—it transforms into a gorgeous purple, which always impresses guests.

Very rich, nice balance of sweet

My go-to dosage of any of the MK latte mixes are 3 heaped teaspoons; recommended is 2. With the Cacao Latte Mix, 2 heaped teaspoons is PLENTY & 3 is overkill - purely because it's so rich-tasting, mixes well with your milk type & so decadent tasting.. your chocolate fix has been fixed. I tend not to drink this overly sweet, but this one isn't too bad omy Sweet Scale. To add a little extra chocolate, I'd probably add 1/4 teaspooon of Premium Cacao powder & then sprinkle a little caco latte mix on top of my hot choc froth to make it extra special. No marshmallows required (unless you want that extra sweet)

Nothing special, just a glass bowl… but what else can you need. The glass does feel very fragile but it’s been okay so far.

Absolutely loving my Gyokuro!
Just started to brew it the way I believe tastes it's best.
It's got beautiful deep aparagus/rich green Unami notes on first pour then as steeped continually the rich Unami softens to a smooth pea green.
Really loving the ability to pour many extractions and taste many differences.

my froth came so quickly and it worked so well short charge and I haven’t had to charge it in a week so the product in itself is great and I highly recommend getting one. The only thing is you’ve gotta watch because of it. Stir so quickly cheers.
