Ceremonial Matcha Latte Mix

Description

Most latte mixes use lower grade matcha. This one does not.

Ceremonial Matcha Latte Mix is made with first harvest single cultivar Tsuyuhikari from Shizuoka, blended with sugar so a proper matcha latte takes seconds rather than a full setup.

The colour is exceptional, and the flavour holds its complexity through milk rather than flattening out the way most pre sweetened mixes do.

How to Prepare

• Put 2-3 teaspoons (6-9g) of Matcha Latte Mix into 60ml hot water (70-80 °C).
• Whisk in the matcha until fully dissolved and foamy. 
  
• Add 180-240ml milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative).

*Note that our matcha powder comes sweetened, so extra sugar is not necessary.

It is best to use our Bamboo Whisk or  Electric Milk Frother.
