I was so happy when I opened the packet and saw a vibrant green colour. Even more so when I whisked it up, poured it over milk and it stayed that beautiful colour! You can tell the quality is really good and it tastes amazing too. Has quite a nice vegetal flavour with a bit of bitterness, but not too much. Will definitely keep repurchasing!

Genuinely the best matcha I have had, smells like strawberry jam, isn’t bitter and is so good you don’t need any sweetness nor should you be adding any, it’s not cheap no, but fuck it’s worth it if you have free cash!
