I’ve been really enjoying the Maison Koko Yabukita Cultivar Matcha 🍵💚 It has such a smooth, rich flavour with a lovely natural sweetness and very little bitterness. The colour is beautiful and vibrant, and it whisks up really nicely with a creamy texture. Definitely one of the nicer matchas I’ve tried lately — especially if you prefer a smooth, mellow matcha rather than something too bitter or grassy! ✨
