The Premium Ceremonial Matcha (Gold Award) is a great matcha. It is lovely both with a little oat milk, but also, just with water. One of the best I've tried. Very happy with this purchase.

Colour is vibrant, it froths perfectly, and it tastes just as luxurious as its Gold status suggests. Easily one of the best ceremonial matchas I’ve tried - balanced, calming, and genuinely a joy to drink. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a high-quality daily matcha ritual.

Very Tasty
I have been on the lookout for high quality tasty matcha for a while now, nothing has compared to this. It’s balanced, bright and easy to make into lattes. I find that it needs alot less time to be frothy as well.

Use a bamboo whisk to blend your matcha with hot water. Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy to create a perfect, velvety matcha.
For the best flavour, use water at 70º-80º C. This prevents bitterness and enhances the natural sweetness and umami of the matcha.
