This is my favourite matcha . It’s really beautiful. The way I drink matcha isn’t everyone’s cup of tea! ( Sorry for the mixed metaphor water and blitz 😂)
I add 1 teaspoon to a few walnuts, 1/2 tsp tsp powdered turmeric, 1/4 small beetroot , knob of ginger , juice of a lemon and handful of parsley, with a small amount of thyme and rosemary and a cup of water and blitz and it’s been my breakfast for a year now. I adore it and it’s so cleansing and covers ALL bases for nutrition and brain health ! Xx
