We absolutely loved reading your review of the Cacao Latte Mix ✨

It’s wonderful to hear you found it rich, decadent, and satisfying without being overly sweet. We love that you've experimented with different amounts and found your perfect balance — and your idea of adding a touch of our Premium Cacao Powder for an extra chocolate hit sounds delicious! 😊

For anyone who enjoys a café-style hot chocolate, we also find frothing the milk separately before combining creates an extra luxurious, velvety texture.

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful experience and creative serving suggestions. We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy many more cosy chocolate moments ahead.

Thank you so much, Janet!

We’re so pleased to hear the Matcha Signature Set has become such a favourite for you; especially the glass bowl with the pouring spout, it really is a versatile piece.

We love that you’re also using it for Gyokuro and Sencha; such a thoughtful way to make the most of it. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to see you back again soon! 😊

Keely, thank you for your honest feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Our textured matcha bowl is made from borosilicate glass, which is designed to be lightweight, durable, and resistant to temperature changes, but we understand it may feel different compared to traditional ceramic bowls.

If there’s anything specific that didn’t meet your expectations, we’d genuinely love to hear more so we can improve your experience.

And if you’re open to it after using it a bit more, we’d really appreciate you revisiting your review. Your feedback means a lot to us

This is such a great first experience to read. Thank you for sharing it.

You’ve described Gyokuro beautifully. That deep asparagus, rich umami on the first pour, then softening into that smoother, greener sweetness across multiple infusions; that’s exactly the journey we hope people discover with it.

It’s also great to hear you’re experimenting with brewing to find what you enjoy most.

We’re so glad you’re loving it. You’re off to a great start, and we’d love to have you back to explore even more with us

Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review, Sanjeeta ⭐
