Bought a few matchas of different cultivars. Found this matcha is good for usucha as it offers sweet and smooth profile. It frothes very well too.

Love this matcha. Been using it to make matcha latte and it's perfect! Tasted like those store bought latte (or even better)! On drinking as traditional usucha, it offers sweet umami taste.

Amazing for iced matcha lattes

I have been on the lookout for high quality tasty matcha for a while now, nothing has compared to this. It’s balanced, bright and easy to make into lattes. I find that it needs alot less time to be frothy as well.
