it looks and taste amazing. It’s colour is super vibrant bright green. I found that to get the full flavour, you have to use a huge heaped teaspoon which disappointed me.

This can sometimes happen as flavour intensity and characteristics varies between cultivars. Personal preferences also play a big role in achieving the perfect balance.
To enhance the flavoru experience, we usually recommend a general guideline: Put 2g of matcha (for a lighter tea) or 4g (for a stronger tea) into 60–70 mL of hot water (70–80ºC). This ratio typically brings out the best flavour profile. Since preparation techniques can vary, adjusting proportions slightly to suit your taste may help.

The colour is super vibrant bright green. It looks and taste super amazing. Love the fact it doesn’t taste bitter. I’ve tried many different brands of ceremonial grade Matcha’s and also a few different ceremonial grade Maison Koko matcha’s. Must say Maison Koko premium ceremonial Matcha (Seimei Cultivar) is definitely the best ever tasting Ceremonial Matcha that I’ve tried. Definitely recommend it!
