Earl Grey Syrup
- 5 Earl Grey tea bags
- 250ml water
- ¼ cup brown sugar

- 5g matcha powder
- 80ml warm water
- 100ml milk
- 80g thickened cream
- Sweetener of choice (to taste)
- Vanilla bean paste (to taste)

- Add the brown sugar and mix through until dissolved.
