I adore this particular blend from Maison Koko. I found out about it from the chaotic, beloved gemini, Liz Miu who I follow and admire. I recently bought more of their beautiful products. Maison Koko inspired my beautiful cookie and recipe creations and helping me find mindfulness amongst an often imperfect, chaotic life.

This is an excellent and beautiful matcha. It has a slightly 'sweet', nutty flavour and a beautiful green colour. It pairs well with anything (I particularly like it with homemade earl grey syrup). It's quite expensive so not a daily matcha for me but I really enjoy it whenever I have it.

I've tried quite a few matchas from MK and this is definitely my least favourite. The colour is quite a dull green and the flavour is ok. This is my 3rd time ordering this matcha and the quality wasn't great on this last batch (30th June 2025). However if you're making a strawberry matcha or similar and drink matcha daily and want to save some money it's fine. However I'd recommend the 1st Harvest matcha instead as a daily drink.
Not the biggest fan of this tea. Mostly just tastes like burnt rice with a slight earthy taste but it could be different for everyone
