Imperial Grade Matcha

Description

Most matcha disappears in milk. This one does not.

Imperial Grade is made from 100% first harvest Uji tencha and ground on traditional stone mills. It is built around sweetness, with a measured touch of elegant bitterness worked in to give the cup structure. 

Water dispersion scores a perfect 5 out of 5, so it blends cleanly whether you are whisking by chasen or using a frother.

Lattes are what it was designed for, but it is not limited to them. Whisked traditionally as usucha it is smooth and approachable, with very low bitterness and astringency, and it works equally well in iced preparations.
