Who is eligible for the Maison Koko Student Discount?

All full-time and part-time students currently enrolled at a university, college, or school are eligible for our student discount.

The system says my email address is invalid. What should I do?

If you see an “invalid email address” message while verifying, don’t worry; it just means your school or university isn’t listed in the automated system.

You can still get verified easily:

For university students

  1. Choose “Get Code by Email” as your Preferred Verification Method.
  2. Enter your university name in the University Name field.
  3. Use your official university email address (for example, ending in .edu or .ac.).
  4. If you still receive the “invalid email” message, click “Email not recognised? Let us help.”
  5. Submit the form. Our team will manually review and verify your student status as soon as possible.

For school students

Simply email a clear photo of your school ID to hello@maisonkoko.com. We’ll verify it manually and send your discount code within ASAP.

I’m a school student, not at university. Can I still get the discount?

Absolutely! School students can also enjoy the Maison Koko Student Discount.

Simply email a clear photo of your school ID to hello@maisonkoko.com and our team will manually review it.

Once verified, you’ll receive your unique discount code by email within 24–48 hours.

How long does verification take?

If you verify using a valid university email, student ID, or by logging in through your university portal, your student status will usually be confirmed instantly.

For cases where those details can’t be automatically verified, our team will manually review your submission. This process typically takes up to 24 hours. Once approved, your discount code will be sent directly to your email.

How do I use my student discount code?

Once verified, you’ll receive a unique code by email. Enter it at checkout to apply your student discount instantly.

Can I use the student discount with other offers or bundles?

Student discount codes can’t be combined with other promotions, bundles, or automatic discounts, but they can be used on most regular-priced items across the store.

I haven’t received my code yet. What should I do?

If it’s been over 48 hours since you submitted your verification, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@maisonkoko.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.
