Rich in colour and character, it offers a deep green colour with a luxuriously smooth texture. Expect a balanced flavour journey: soft chocolate notes at the front, a mild buttery body, and a lingering sweetness that finishes clean and round.

Crafted for daily ritual or refined preparation, the Signature Blend whisks into a vivid froth and delivers gentle umami without bitterness.

Steeping Suggestions

Put 2g of Ceremonial Matcha (for a lighter tea) or 4g (for a stronger tea) into 60-70 mL of hot water (70-80ºC).
Whisk in the matcha until fully dissolved and foamy.
Add more water and sweetener if desired.

It is best to use our Bamboo Whisk.
